Appointments

-When booking an appointment, a 50% deposit must be held to 805-453-8218 by Zelle or Cash App to secure your appointment and to prevent no shows and last minute cancellation.

-For appointment cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time, we will charge 100% cancellation fee.

-Your new appointment reschedule must take place within 30 days window. If you fail to book a new slot within this time frame, we will forfeit your deposit.

-If you are running more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled or cancelled. Please be mindful of stylists and clients time.

Refund Policy

-All products and services are non-refundable.

-Appointments for hair adjustments may be made within 5 days of service

-Our Salon's Policies are Final. No Exceptions.-
