Appointments

-When booking an appointment, a $100 deposit must be held to 805-453-8218 by Zelle or Cash App to secure your appointment and to prevent no shows and last minute cancellations.

-Please give at least 48 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling if you change or cancel your appointment. With less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged a $75 rebooking fee if you wish to book a future appointment.

-If you are running more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be rescheduled or cancelled. Please be mindful of stylists and clients time .

Refund Policy

-All products and services are non-refundable.

-Appointments for hair adjustments may be made within 5 days of service

-Our Salon's Policies are Final. No Exceptions.-
